SAP MMC cannot connect to sap service

Hi,

I have a Distributed SAP JAVA 7.3 EHP1 installation going on. SCS+ DB is in separet box and PAS is ona  separate box. I can bring the application Up manually from individual hosts. But in Application server SAP MMC I can not connect to SCS instance and vice versa.

SWPM is failing giving below error

If I click on the SCS instance on SAP MMC I am getting below error message

Any help is much appreciated.
