Autofilling of data in delta bucket added in each planning cycle

Hi,

I have come across a requirement where the delta bucket added in each planning cycle should be defaulted to the value in the last time bucket

Example:

In cycle-2, July 2015 is added and the user wants to default it by 105 (value of June 2015) and have the functionality to overwrite PCAPASUPPLY in July 2015 if required.

Please guide.
