Hi Friends,

im new to PMS and my client wanted to do appraisal( flexible) process with the standard cascading functionality with coperate goal,team goal and employee individual goal.

The process is , coperate goal will be created by talent management specialist and the team goal created by the each managers and finaly employee will create the individual goal.

I have gone through some threats here and came to know that talent management specialist will use a webdynpro application (HAP _P_ PMS_GOALS) to create coperate goal and cascade the same. If this is the case then how manager will create the team goal and cascade? Same application or is there any difirent application for this?

after cascading, coperate goals will be stored in object VJ. If so how I can fetch these objects ( goals) to display in my appraisal template ? Do I want to create any ABAP workaround or are they any standard way.

my expectation is , the coperate goal and the team goal which created by manager and talentmanagment specialit habe to be available in my appraisal template .

please help me how to achieve this in bit technical .
