Rule to Skip questions in a survey

Dear Experts,

 

I have a requirement where the client have a questionaire of say 20 questions.

 

Now, the first question may have two answers "yes" and "No".

 

If the answer of the above question is Yes then the user (call center agents are viewing these questions on screen and asking them over telephone to customers) is automatically navigated to question 4. (skipping questions 2,3)

 

Basically, I wanted to know if standard CRM have this functionality where the call center agent can view thse questions and based on rules they can skip questions ?
