I have seen this question all over the internet and the solution is simpel, install the runtime library x64 on the x64 server...

But what if your not allowed to install on the external server, you are just allowed to copy files (which I did to the bin directory following with this error).

Is there a way to distribute crystal report runtime by a copy action ?
