how to send a mm condition to a seperate gl if it is also used for tax purpose

i have made this mm condition

also in mm process against this condition i have put 6 in subtotal

so that this value is used up for Vat purpose and exclusive of excise in tax process

Everything is fine but problem is that while grn freight is not going to separate gl inspite of fact that accrual is not ticked.

if anyone can guide please throw some light.
