Billibg date is picking past

Dear All,

This is delivery related invoice , two invoice is happen:

Proforma invoice

Commercial invoice.

Document flow structure is :

Order: 16.05.2014

Delivery: 16.05.2014

Proforma invoice : 16.05.2014

Commercial invoice: 16.05.2014 taking instead of todays date 20.06.2014.

I want todays date in commercial invoice rather than past date.

Please suggest!
